The team has provided me with lots of good information and supported me throughout my time working. She is a very outgoing and friendly person, which makes me comfortable enough to speak to her about my problems at work. Lastly, she has been very reasonable and understanding of my issues. The team was very responsive, which is great. Understand part-time candidates are hard to find, especially those that are retail-driven/luxury. Being strict with the screenings before sending them to the store managers is paramount.

Overall I do appreciate the pool of candidates to shortlist from! It is helpful and easier for me to push for certain candidates to the managers when there are options.
