Job description
Salary: $3,000 – 4,000 + Allowance
Working hours: Rotating shift (NO OVERNIGHT SHIFT) | Mon – Sun (Any 5 days)
Duties
Deliver personalised service over the telephone to customers in call centre on banking products, accounts, and service inquiries.
Provide one-stop customer services across all channels of communications
Meet Customer Centre targets set (KPIs) without compromising quality of service delivery
Requirement
Min DIPLOMA in any field
Well-groomed, with a pleasant and dynamic personality
Excellent customer service
