Job description
Responsibilities:
- Leading employer branding initiatives and talent pipelining and attraction
- Manage the full spectrum of end-to-end recruitment from initial pipelining to interview process, offer management and negotiating and onboarding communications.
- Leading and motivating a team of 3 across the SEA region.
- Devising global Talent Acquisition strategies and developing hiring plans
- Develop sourcing and talent attraction strategies with relevant platforms.
- Take overall accountability for the timely and successful delivery of the TA strategy and implementation.
