Job description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Leading employer branding initiatives and talent pipelining and attraction
  • Manage the full spectrum of end-to-end recruitment from initial pipelining to interview process, offer management and negotiating and onboarding communications.
  • Leading and motivating a team of 3 across the SEA region.
  • Devising global Talent Acquisition strategies and developing hiring plans
  • Develop sourcing and talent attraction strategies with relevant platforms.
  • Take overall accountability for the timely and successful delivery of the TA strategy and implementation.
