Job description

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Provide HR & Admin. support on a wide range of services including but not limiting to talent
    acquisition, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee
    engagement and social welfare.
  • Responsible for day-to-day HR operational function including but not limiting to payroll processing,
    benefits, statutory claims/survey, insurance, work pass administration, on/off boarding, drafting of
    HR/employment related letters and timely submission of reports
  •  
    Manage and facilitate performance management system/campaign
  •  
    Develop training plans and identify learning opportunities for employee development
  •  
    Provide guidance and operational support to the local HR team in SEA

 

Minimum Requirement: 

  • Minimum Diploma in HR, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized tertiary
    institution
  •  
    Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications (intermediate/advanced) and any payroll system
    (EasyPay preferred)
