Job description
Job Responsibilities:

Provide HR & Admin. support on a wide range of services including but not limiting to talentacquisition, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll, employeeengagement and social welfare.

Responsible for day-to-day HR operational function including but not limiting to payroll processing,benefits, statutory claims/survey, insurance, work pass administration, on/off boarding, drafting ofHR/employment related letters and timely submission of reports

Manage and facilitate performance management system/campaign

Develop training plans and identify learning opportunities for employee development

Provide guidance and operational support to the local HR team in SEA
Minimum Requirement:

Minimum Diploma in HR, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized tertiaryinstitution
-
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act.

Proficient in Microsoft office applications (intermediate/advanced) and any payroll system(EasyPay preferred)
